Clifford Conrad

Clifford Leo Conrad, the son of Paul Edward and Geraldine Mae (Crow) Conrad, was born December 10, 1948 in Ohio. Clifford entered enteral rest at his home on Sunday, July 7, 2024 in rural Corning, Iowa, at the age of seventy-five years.

Following high school, Clifford served his country entering the United States Army on January 23, 1978. He received several decorations, including army service ribbon, overseas service ribbon and good conduct medal. Clifford was a truck driver all of his working years, driving over-the-road eighteen wheelers, all across the United States. Clifford was united in marriage to Joleen Sue Branam on August 5, 2002 in Kentucky. Clifford will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Left to cherish Clifford’s memory is his wife Joleen Branam of Corning, Iowa; daughters: Misty of Kentucky, Haley and Gracie, both of Corning, Iowa; step-child: Jana (Edward) Sickels of Red Oak, Iowa; twelve grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; one bonus grandchild; sister-in-law, Janelle (Tony) DeWitt of Red Oak, Iowa.

Preceding Clifford in death were his parents; first wife, Maggie; brothers; sisters; step-daughter, Jennifer Lovell in 2016; step-son, David Butler in 2024.
