Colleen Bradley, the daughter of Vernon Allen and Amanda (Alexander) Allman, was born on May 1, 1935 at Provo, Utah. Colleen entered eternal rest on August 14, 2007, at Creston Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Creston, Iowa, at the age of seventy-two years, three months, and fifteen days.
Colleen grew up and attended school in Provo, Utah. She was raised by her grandparents following the death of her parents at age 5. On July 13, 1960, Colleen married Kenneth Dean Bradley at Wennemacca, Nevada. She lived in Boise, Idaho, prior to moving to the Creston area in 1965. Colleen worked as a C.N.A. in Idaho for a few years.
Colleen was a homemaker, wife and mother. She loved to plant and work with flowers; she loved to cook for family and friends; and she loved camping, fishing and just being outdoors. Colleen was very charitable with her time and energy. She made clothes for her children and loved to travel and take family vacations.
Left to mourn Colleens passing is her husband: Kenneth D. Bradley, Creston; her children: Angela (Randy) Hiatt, Afton; Carla A. Wilson, Apache Junction, AZ; Kevin D. (Lisa) Bradley, Creston; Wendy Mason, Creston; Cathy “Bo” Richie, Creston; Kenda (Denny) Linderman, Creston; Twenty-three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; Brother: Paul (Tammy) Allman, Lehi, UT; Sister-in-Law: June Orth, Creston; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Preceding Colleen in death were her parents; grandparents; Daughter: Teresa Amanda Bradley; Son: Raymond K. J. Bradley; Three Brothers: Grant Allman; LeMar Allman; and Thomas Allman and One Sister: Erma Dillenbeck.
