Debra Bitter

Debra Lynn Bitter, the daughter of Francis Benard and Peggy Ann (Buehler) Bitter was born on January 14, 1975 in Centralia, Illinois. Debra passed away on Monday, May 2, 2022 at CHI Mercy Hospital in Corning at the age of 47 years.

Debra graduated from Highland High School in Illinois and went on to gain a degree to be a security guard from Belleville Community College. She later received her Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration.

Debra was engaged to be married to Scott Wilson and was looking forward to tying the knot on July 8 of this year.

Left to cherish Debra’s memory is her fiancé, Scott Wilson of Corning; Scott’s sister, Rosalie Lamb of Corning; sister, Lori Beckstead and husband Kenneth of Pocatello, Idaho; niece, Ashley Krysiak and husband Matt of Kenosha, Wisconsin; nephews, Richard Claus and wife Tiffany of Pocatello, Idaho and Sean Runge and wife ShaeLynn of Pocatello, Idaho and good friend, Jodie Shulsen and husband John of Hermiston, Oregon. Preceding Debra in death were her parents and grandparents.
