**SERVICES HAVE BEEN POSTPONED TO A DATE TO BE DETERMINED.**
Margaret JoAnn Albrecht, the daughter of William and Veronica (Geis) Wolfe, was born February 21, 1936 in Creston, Iowa. As a young girl, Margaret’s family moved to southern California and Margaret was educated in the Los Angeles area schools. She graduated from high school with the Class of 1954. JoAnn, as she liked to be called, was first married to Gary Gorman. Gary preceded JoAnn in death and she later married Jim Dooley who, later, also preceded her in death. JoAnn later married her 3rd husband, Robert Albrecht and the couple later divorced.
JoAnn lived her entire life in southern California where she worked for Boeing. Her entire professional career was spent at Boeing in the Aerospace Engineering Department, as an Administrative Assistant. JoAnn never had any children and returned to Creston 2 years ago to be closer to her family. JoAnn will be remembered by her family and friends as always being a glamorous and classy lady.
Preceding JoAnn in death were her parents and her first two husbands, Gary and Jim.
JoAnn is survived by her brother, Jim (wife Pat) Wolfe of Creston; 2 cousins: John Geis of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Mary (husband Henry) Dick of Columbia, South Carolina; her nephews: Mike and John Wolfe, both of Creston and Bob Wolfe of Roseville, California; her niece, Cathy Obermeier of Ankeny, Iowa and their spouses; 2 step-daughters: Maggie Henry of York, South Carolina and Elizabeth Orchard of Lancaster, California. May God grant comfort and strength to those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.
