Mark Charles Olive, 59, of Corning, passed away January 1, 2012 in Des Moines, Iowa.
Mark was born July 20, 1952, in Corning, Iowa, the son of Orlo Francis and Mary (Miller) Olive.
He attended Corning Community Schools graduating in 1970 and then attended Peru State College in Peru, NE. Mark married Merri LeDuc in 1978 and they had three children, Brian Orlo, Kristin Jo, and Kevin Matthew. They divorced in 1998. On May 26, 2000, Mark married Susan Heaton Ryon.
Mark was an Adams County Supervisor, Corning school bus driver, and owner of The Print Shop.
Preceding him in death were his father, Orlo and brother-in-law Bob Urwin.
Survivors include wife Susan; mother Mary Olive of Corning; children Brian and wife Sophia of Seattle; Kristin of Los Angeles; and Kevin of Corning; grandson Bayler; stepson Joel Ryon, wife Heidi and stepgrandchildren Abby and Luke of Mt. Pleasant and stepdaughter Anna Ryon and spouse Cecelia of Des Moines.
