Mary Lee (Lynam) Bradley was born September 17, 1925, in Corning, Iowa. She was the daughter of Ralph and Edith Lynam. She passed away at Alegent Health Mercy Hospital in Corning, Iowa, on May 3, 2008, at the age of eighty-two years.
Mary Lee attended school in Corning and was a graduate of Corning High School in May 1943. On March 20, 1943, she was united in marriage to Clifford Doyle Bradley, just days before he shipped out to the Aleutian Islands during World War II. They were married over 65 years. They made their home in Corning where they raised their two sons, David and Michael.
Mary Lee was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Clifford Bradley of Corning, Iowa, sons: David (wife Diane) Bradley of Danville, California; Michael (wife Deborah) Bradley of Urbandale, Iowa; grandchildren: Scott (wife Kathy) Bradley of Danville, California; Jill (husband Brad) Becker of San Ramon, California; Brian Bradley of Boulder, Colorado; sister Lorane (husband Arnold) Leonard of Corning, Iowa; nephews: Rick Leonard; Kirk Leonard and their families; two great grandchildren: Logan Becker, 22 days old and Drew Bradley, 11 days old.
Mary Lee deeply valued all her friends including her very special friends, Betty Millhollin and family and Francis Mack and family.
One of Mary Lees greatest joys was her dedication to her family. She was an active member of the Corning United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women.
