Michael Dean Boles, 33, of Creston, died August 11, 2020, as a result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born May 5, 1987, in Des Moines, the son of Raydean and Deanne Boles. He graduated from Murray Community High School in 2005. He later graduated from Southwestern Community College in Creston, Iowa, with an Associates of Applied Science in Automotive Repair Technology. He worked several years for Ferrara Candy Company in Creston in various positions including Kitchen Operator and Maintenance Mechanic. His current employer, where he had worked the past two years, was Cardinal Glass in Greenfield. He grew up with a heart for Jesus and his church family. He was baptized at Radiant Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado and later attended and was a member of Murray Church of Christ.
Michael enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his brother, niece and nephew. During his childhood, he enjoyed spending time on the farm with his grandparents where he rode go-karts, dirt bikes, and 4-wheelers. During the time he lived in Colorado growing up, he became a huge fan of the Broncos which continued throughout his life. He also had a love for music which included playing saxophone and piano. After graduating from SWCC, he purchased a home in Creston and spent more of his time working on vehicles, driving as well as making modifications to his Mustang, and riding motorcycles. He loved to take road trips on the weekend with his bike. Most importantly, Michael took time to help his family, coworkers and friends when needed and he always had a generous heart for giving.
Those relatives who preceded Michael in death were his maternal grandparents, Harold and Donna Snider of Murray; and his paternal grandfather, Bernell Boles of Grand River, Iowa.
Michael is survived by his parents Raydean and Deanne Boles of Murray; his brother Dustin and wife Amie Boles of Murray and their children Wendie and Lonnie. His paternal grandmother, Peggy Boles of Grand River. His aunts and uncles; Rick and Joleen Rush of Leon; Robert and Penny Fulton of La Feria, Texas. He also leaves behind to cherish his memory many friends and extended family members.
