Quentin Richard McCoy, the son of James M. and Mabel V. (Finefield) McCoy, was born on April 29, 1929 at Creston, Iowa. Quentin entered eternal rest on March 12, 2008, at the Greater Regional Medical Center, Creston, Iowa, at the age of seventy-eight.
Quentin lived in Creston from 1929 until moving to Glenwood in 1938. He moved to the C.A.R.E. Facility in Afton in 1961 where he has resided all of his adult life.
Left to cherish Quentins memory is his brother: James M. (wife Kathleen) McCoy, Bellevue, NE; his sisters: Genevieve Rafferty, Rock Island, IL; Nancy (husband Jim) Hinton, Windsor, CO; Carol Nielsen, Great Falls, MT; and Kathleen (husband Jim) Louia, Wichita, KS; several nieces, nephews, and his C.A.R.E. family.
Preceding Quentin in death were his parents; and his sister, Martha Butler.
