Robert “Bob” Holdren was born to Marie Viola (Loomis) and Henry Holdren on October 3, 1922, in Corning, Iowa. Bob entered eternal rest on November 23, 2005, at Corning Nursing and Rehab Center at the age of eighty-three years, one month, and twenty one days.
On July 5, 1951, Bob married Grace Lavone Holker at Bentonville, Arkansas. Bob lived in Adams County his entire life. He worked on a bridge crew for Adams County for 15 years. He also worked for Feeders Grain and Supply and farmed for approximately 25 years. Bob retired in 1984.
Bob was a member of the Fairview Christian Church.

Preceding Bob in death were his parents; Brothers: Paul Holdren and Hilton Holdren; Sisters: Angelia Neill; Bernice Helvie; Lois Gourley; and Gail Chase
