Sandra Ann Schafer

Sandra Ann Schafer, the daughter of William Leo and Shirley Ann (Morris) Valles, was born in Los Angeles County, California on June 16, 1962. She entered eternal rest on Saturday, January 12, 2019, at her home in Corning, Iowa, at the age of fifty-six.
Sandy spent most of her early youth in Buena Park, California. She moved to Nebraska and finished out her high school years there, graduating from Norfolk High School. Sandy recently celebrated her nineteenth anniversary working for Michael Foods in nearby Lenox. Sandy was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and niece. She was loved by all and will be dearly missed by her family and many friends.
Sandy is survived by her four siblings: brother, Bill Schafer (Sue) of McGregor, Texas; sister, Susan Hollman (Frank) of Escondido, California; brother Michael Schafer (Shannon) of Anaheim, California; brother Juan Valles (Brook) of Thrapston, England. Being a part of the very large Schafer/Morris family, Sandy is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, William in 1994 and her mother, Shirley in 2016.
